Because we source products globally to offer you the best prices, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

However, we gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will issue your refund automatically to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. If you need an exchange, email us at support@ecospheremarket.store with proof.

Important Notes:

  • We do not cover return shipping fees (unless the item is defective or wrong).

  • EcoSphere Market is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to customs, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

  • Color variations may occur due to monitor differences; this is not considered a defect.
